Protection for the horse's sensitive stomach

Gastro is a supplement that acts to provide protection for the horse's stomach and it's its sensitive mucous membranes. Gastro contains, that in the horse naturally occurring substance, Lecithin that together with polysaccharides form a barrier gel in the stomach to effectively protect the mucous membranes from stomach acid. Gastro acts caring for horses with or when gastric ulcer problems are suspected.

Usage

For horses with sensitive stomachs.

For horses with previous gastric ulcer problems during stressful periods, e.g. environmental change and travel.

In conjunction with medications that affect the stomach and intestines.

Dosage

12 ml (10 g) per 100 kg body weight and day.
The first 10 days double dose is recommended, thereafter continue according to recommendation.

Do not soak. Mix dry with other feed.

Horse 500 kg 150 ml /day 75 ml /day
Pony 300 kg 90 ml /day 45 ml /day

When a gastric ulcer is suspected, always contact a veterinarian.

Storage & Shelf life

Store dry, cool and well sealed.
