Terms of purchase
ORDER
Products available on our website, www.trikem.se, are generally in stock and can be ordered online at any time. To place an order, Trikem’s purchase terms must be accepted. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
PAYMENT
When ordering from www.trikem.se, payment can be made via card or Klarna. If you choose invoice payment, the invoice will be sent with your order. If it is missing, you must notify Trikem to avoid additional fees associated with reminders. We reserve the right to require prepayment after a credit assessment.
SHIPPING
Orders over 500 SEK qualify for free shipping. For orders under 500 SEK, a flat shipping fee of 95 SEK applies.
BACKORDERED PRODUCTS
If a product is backordered and will be restocked within 6 business days, we will ship your order once all items are available. Otherwise, we will refund the amount for the unavailable product.
DELIVERY
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours, and delivery is typically within 5 days from the order date. Packages are delivered to the nearest pickup point based on the shipping address, and you will receive a notification via SMS or email from the carrier (providing a mobile number ensures the easiest contact).
If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as no recipient present at the specified address (applies to business deliveries requiring daytime reception and signature) or an incorrect address, the customer will be charged any additional fees imposed by the carrier.
Packages shipped to businesses are not notified before delivery. Uncollected packages are not covered by the return policy, and the customer will be charged for both outbound and return shipping, as well as any additional fees according to the carrier’s current price list.
Delivery is made EXW (Ex Works) from our warehouse.
Shipping is at the buyer’s risk. Any transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier’s representative or the pickup location, and a damage report must be created, including photos and details of the nature and extent of the damage. For hidden damages not visible upon delivery, notify order@trikem.se within 2 days, including photos and a damage description.
RETURN POLICY
You have a 14-day return policy from the date the delivery is notified, provided the product is in its original, unopened, undamaged, and resalable packaging. Please pack the return securely and drop it off at a service point for delivery to a business address. We cannot collect packages sent to pickup points, and they will be returned to the sender. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Trikem.se is an online store owned and operated by Trikem AB. These purchase terms apply to all orders placed through Trikem’s online store and comply with the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency.
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order and must have a Swedish personal identity number and a Swedish delivery address.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct information, which is essential for credit checks, order confirmation, and delivery. Incorrect details may result in additional costs..
• All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Prices may change due to supplier adjustments, shipping costs, etc., but the price at the time of order placement applies. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors caused by technical issues or human mistakes. If you believe you were charged the wrong price, please contact us.
• Your order will be confirmed via email within a few minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation, it may be due to an incorrect email address. Please check your details and contact us at order@trikem.se if needed.
• Invoice payments to Trikem AB have a 10-day credit period from the delivery date. After the due date, a late payment interest of 18% of the invoice amount will be charged. Any reminders and debt collection notices will incur statutory fees and will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. For Klarna invoice payments, Klarna’s terms apply.
• Packages sent to pickup points must be collected within the time specified by the carrier. Uncollected packages will be returned to Trikem AB, and the customer will be charged for both outbound and return shipping, as well as a 175 SEK handling fee. Uncollected packages are not covered by the return policy.
• If a delivery is missing or an item is missing from your order, notify us immediately at order@trikem.se. This must be done within 8 business days from the order date or 2 days after pickup.
• Fraudulent orders and payments with stolen credit cards will be reported to the police

We handle your personal data with full confidentiality in compliance with GDPR. Your information is stored to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer and for administration, payment processing, communication, and marketing purposes.
