Traditional Arnica

Mild, natural Arnica based on extracts from Arnica Montana. Arnica is a well established product that traditionally has beeen used to dialte blood vessels and increase blood flow to muscles and tissues. Arnica can be used as a massage gel on strained and stiff muscles as well as exposed areas such as tendons, ligaments and joints.

Usage

Massage in arnica until the gel is absorbed by the skin. Use on muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints before or after physical exertion. Can  Använd på muskler, senor, ligament och leder före eller efter ansträngning.
Can be used as a wet and warm dressing.

Do not apply on damaged skin.

24 month. See best before date.

For external use only. wash your hands thoroughly after use. 
If the product come in contact with your eyes - rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
