Here you will find answers to the most common questions about ordering, delivery, and payment.
Do you need further assistance or personal service?
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on purchases over 500 SEK. Free shipping applies within Sweden and for standard delivery.
Your order is usually delivered within within 2-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and your location in the country.
We ship our orders with DHL DHL and Schenker to pickup points. Available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
Yes, we deliver to several countries outside Sweden. Available countries and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Contact order@trikem.se if you have any questions about international shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking link via email. Click the link to track your shipment.
Order & Payment
We offer payment through Klarna, where you can choose between card payment (Visa/Mastercard), invoice, installment plans, and direct payment. All available payment options are shown at checkout.
We process orders quickly, which means we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please contact customer service at order@trikem.se as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you!
If you have chosen an invoice as your payment method, it will be sent to your email by our payment partner Klarna. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or contact our customer service order@trikem.se
Returns & Claims
You have a 14-day return policy from the day the delivery is notified. The product must be in its original, unopened, undamaged, and resalable packaging.
To return an item:
- Pack the return securely to avoid damge during transport.
- Drop off the package at a service point for delivery to a business address – we cannot collect packages sent to pickup points.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you have received the wrong item, email order@trikem.se with your order number and a picture of the product. We will make sure you get the correct item as soon as possible!
If your product is damaged upon delivery, take pictures of the damage and contact us immediately at order@trikem.se. We will assist you with the claim and compensation.
Refunds are usually processed within X business days after we have received and approved your return.

No, we do not have our own physical store, but our products are available through selected retailers. You can find them in pet stores, veterinary clinics, and feed specialists. To find a retailer near you, search here or contact us ,and we’ll be happy to assist you!
