Vitamins & Minerals
"Does my horse need extra vitamins & minerals?"

Vitamins and minerals are essential for cellular functions and play a crucial role in bone development and maintenance, muscle function, the immune system, and overall well-being.

The nutritional content of forage varies, but it rarely provides all the necessary vitamins and minerals. A forage analysis helps determine what your horse may need beyond its basic diet. A vitamin and mineral supplement helps cover fundamental nutritional requirements. There are also specific situations where additional supplementation may be beneficial:
B-vitamin - During shedding or coat change, your horse may need extra support.
Electrolytes – During intense training or hot days to replace lost salts.
E-vitamin & selenium – Essential for muscle function, especially during increased training or pregnancy.
